ABOUT US
After almost 14 years of operating her own B&B in San Jose del Cabo, Sharon and her husband Robert decided to move up the coast and take on the management of Hacienda SOLEADO for a long time friend John Anderson who build this estate in 1999.
Sharon was born on Vancouver Island and grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia. Her life long love for vegetable gardens lead to a natural step to exploring cooking. A self taught chef with 14 years of experience showing her talents to a world-wide audience in her own B&B in San Jose del Cabo, has earned her a reputation for food excellence. This is in part to starting all her
Dishes from scratch. Her expanding knowledge of nutrition has also given her the capability to cook for vegetarians as well as many other people's dietary needs. The creation of the HACIENDA SOLEADO's breakfast menu is now followed by our Mexican chef .....
Born on the Indonesian Island of Java, husband Robert traveled to Europe for his schooling years and immigrated to Canada where he and Sharon met.
Robert's early love of the tropics was permanently embedded in his soul and that desire found it's home here in Los Cabos, Mexico.
After fourteen years of experience building, owned, and operated Casa Terra Cotta Bed and Breakfast in San Jose del Cabo, Robert and Sharon have now accepted this new challenge of managing and operating Hacienda Soleado del Mar.
